A Taylor Swift fan who has followed the singer around the globe on the Eras Tour has baffled fans after revealing where she sat during the final dates of the concert in Vancouver.
Swiftie Molly, from Georgia, US, took to her TikTok account @1989vinyl to share what her obstructed view at the tour looked like after she had paid $14 USD for her seats – but some people said she was ‘insane’ for even considering the tickets.
In the clip, which racked up over two million views, Molly showed off her view from behind the stage, claiming she wasn’t able to see Taylor Swift’s performance in real life – however she argued the seats still ‘slapped’ because the stadium, B.C. Place, put up screens to watch the performance.
She captioned the video: ‘I wish they were selling these seats for the entire Eras Tour cause they low key slap!!! I think this section is going to be so fun!!! Party section.’
She explained: ‘I am at the Eras Tour I have totally obstructed seat tonight. They were $13.98. It makes me laugh that they are checking tickets because who is going to sneak into this section. We have a very partial view of the stage.
‘They added screens back here and you can low key see the stage through there. We will also get behind the scenes, like when she comes out in the Enchanted dress, she will enter through here.
Zooming in on a section of the stage which is visible from the seats, she added: ‘When she sings Anti-Hero, she is going to be right there.’
Taylor Swift fan Molly was branded ‘mental’ for paying $14 for ‘obstructed seats’ were she was unable to see the stage at the Eras tour in Vancouver
Molly revealed she was sitting in seat 226 and explained that further over to around seat 222, you get a better view of the stage.
Even though Molly was incredibly happy with her seats, many were confused as to why people would buy a ticket that didn’t offer a view of the stage.
One person said: ‘are you ok? like mentally’ Another said: ‘Hey so this is insane.’
Someone else agreed saying: ‘That’s insane someone would even sell tickets like that.’
A fourth added: ‘why would they even sell behind the stage seats makes no sense.’
However others saw the benefit in the discounted seats, with some saying the were ‘envious’ of her backstage view.
One person said: ‘Just to be in the atmosphere is worth it!!!’
Another added: ‘This is honestly a cool vantage point to change it up! have the best time!’
Someone else said: ‘Molly I’m envious in the best way. I wish I was you.’

In another TikTok clip, the Swiftie spotted Taylor’s parents Andrea and Scott Swift backstage, who even waved at the super fan.
Elsewhere Molly showed Taylor arriving in a cleaning cart onto the stage followed by a documentary camera crew.
Molly captioned the video: ‘They are totally filming an eras tour documentary! This is so cool and insane!!! Like what, we saw the cleaning cart so close and Taylor walk up after getting out.’
The cameras followed the songstress across the stage as she performed various eras and belted out some of her hottest hits.
Other eagle-eyed fans on social media noted that the camera-track beside the stage was longer than usual — allowing for more angles to be captured.
Devoted Swifties were immediately convinced that the Lover songstress is filming either a second tour film or documentary as the camera crew filmed in the same manner as they did for the original Eras Tour film.
Swift secretly filmed the concert film during her string of shows in Los Angeles back in August of 2023 — the film was released two months later on October 13.
Taylor fans are buzzing with speculation that the singer is filming a second Eras Tour movie; seen on December 6
It holds the record of the highest grossing concert film of all time as it raked in over $261million at the worldwide box office.
Taylor Swift and her team have yet to confirm if another film project is in the works. Nonetheless, fans are almost certain the blonde beauty — who is known for her Easter eggs and surprises — has a secret sequel up her sleeve.
Fans are justifying their claims with rumors that Swift could be filming once again to include the newly-added songs to the setlist from her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was released back in April.
Some also took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their theories that the new footage could provide a more complete look at her historic tour, potentially incorporating the international venue and updated setlists.
One fan wrote underneath the post showing a crew on-stage with Swift, ‘i hope she releases the eras movie part two. i’d happily spend my money on that.’
Last October, the singer was hit with criticism for pricing each movie tickets to the Eras tour film at $19.89 — her birth year.
‘Eras tour pt2 is coming, everybody move,’ another penned.
A user by the name of @readyforitom said, ‘the eras tour ttpd version is coming to theatres YEPPP.’
Referencing Swift’s frequent variant album drops, one wrote, ‘eras tour (extended version)(ttpd included) LFGGGGGGG.’
‘please let it be eras tour 2 or documentary,’ another pleaded. ‘It’s another documentary,’ one added.

The Eras Tour Book was released exclusively at Target last week for $39.99.
Describing the set’s visuals and props she said she aimed to ‘create the illusion of an alien abduction, a battle scene, a religious institution, a mental institution, a haunted house and a showgirl’s dressing room routine.’
The 14-time GRAMMY winner rhapsodized the feat, claiming the addition of was ‘ambitious as hell’ but proclaimed its ‘the most dramatic, cathartic, female-rage driven part of the night.’
She previously revealed that the book includes never-before-seen photos from over 100 shows, as well as the chance for fans to own The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology on vinyl and CD.
The 1 singer also described the hot commodity as the ‘official retrospective of the most wonderful tour of her life.’
